Here the stuff hes failing to factor and is looking at Caleb in a bubble. Its year 2, most qbs good or bad are still figuring it out in year 2, sure they are supposed to look better than year 1 (which he did), 2nd hes year 2 learning a brand new and complicated offense, he himself said he wasnt getting it til about week 11. So is some criticism of Caleb warranted, yes but he is still winning even if its ugly

Caleb can miss a throw or throw away on first down only to get a big play on third. The goal is to score and the bears did a lot of that last year. I think we need to stop looking at accuracy percentage and look at other metrics for a qb.

we aren't having this discussion if he has ben johnson as his coach from day one. instead he got stuck with useless eberflus and it set him back in his development even in his fundamentals. year one of caleb/ben was almost like being his rookie year but theyve lost a year on his rookie deal.

Here’s the problem… he has had 4 different offensive coordinators in 2 years!!!! Shane Waldron then fired mid season for interim… then Declan Doyle etc. Social media is all talk. Give him time!! He’s just saying that he can get a lot better at the easy stuff. Which I agree with. You can’t win a Championship by leaving the easy plays in the field. I’m a diehard Bears fan. We haven’t had a better QB and he’ll get better.
