@elliemaack: You need muscle to be able to define it, and to build muscle you need to strength train!! Doing endless cardio alone won’t get you there. Consistently challenging your muscles, eating enough protein, and progressing over time will 🤍 Yes, looking “toned” is also about nutrition, and if your goal is to become more defined, you’ll likely need to be in a slight calorie deficit. But my point is that building muscle will help you achieve that look while also making you stronger, healthier, and more confident, instead of just chasing being skinny 💪🏽
