@leekicious: No one reads captions anyway so I'm gonna rant here ok? ok. — I feel like Haikaveh is one of the most complex ships to exist in genshin (Maybe even in all hoyo games since I haven't seen ANY ship get as mischaracterized by both shippers and haters as they did) and I feel like it's mostly because they are literally opposites of each other, Kaveh in my opinion is really emotional/expressive, while Alhaitham values logic over emotions, and that's what makes people think he's emotionless, an abuser, etc. If any of the people who mischaracterize them even tried to look at the ship with an intention that isn't "haha, say gex!!" They would know how much Alhaitham actually cares about Kaveh, he would NEVER use Kaveh's body for rent and even seeing people say that is disgusting as hell. .
