But there is a big difference between a few bad days and a deep struggle. If it’s been going on for two weeks, weeks on end, or months, please know that you don't have to carry that alone. That is the exact moment you need to reach out and get professional.
THIS omg. Being sad ≠ Depression. And it can come in any form and at any age! I was diagnosed with depression at the start of my seventh grade year, and nobody seems to understand that people can be happy some days and still be hurting.
