I can feel my strength levels rising but not my physique. I'm not upset about it but it's just a bit strange, could be due to doing heavy weight with the 8-12 rep range and failure.

I didn’t feel like I was making recent progress. Then, someone put their hand on my shoulder to say “hi” the other day, and I heard the sound it made. Solid rock, babay.

I made good progress with my lifts at the beginning, but I’ve been plateauing for months now. Do you think I need to train more or eat more????
I’m currently training 4 times a week Torso/Limbs I’m 182 cm tall, weigh 73 kg, and eat about 2,500 calories a day. I’m trying to gain weight. Thanks for help Bro

I have form videos and log my workouts. If I just progress on my lifts with good and consistent form is it enough to gauge my progress?

Going to the gym and going after it is the easiest part for me. The only hard parts are the outside factors like eating, drinking enough water, sleeping, etc..

semi correct as its not required ofc very recommended for newbies and regular gym goers but you will see visual progress in the mirror in either 2-3 months as long as your workouts are optimal, good diet and sleep, and recover well. but photos are still very good to use as way of tracking growth but not taking photos doesnt mean ur not progressing

Since I started lifting with purpose in January, I can totally tell that I'm getting some good separation in my upper chest and it's looking fuller, and also, I'm seeing some good definition in my shoulders. This is only with 6 months of serious lifting, I can't wait to see the progress at the 1 year mark.
