People are being crazy in the comments. I was at the store 5 minutes before the storm hit and it was completely clear and sunny, just windy. I put the groceries away and then all of a sudden it was torrential down pouring and things were blowing around everywhere. It happened SO fast

Comments just don’t understand this storm. It wasn’t normal. It came in super fast and was gone just as quick. It was unlike a typical storm.

this is wild. people saying check the weather like boaters don't do that 400x before they leave. they call for thunderstorms whenever their is a heat warning, and the weather changes on a DIME. they called for storms all day on the 30th too and guess what? nothing.

It’s the way it wasn’t even a complete 180. The weather warned about storms and you decided to still take the risk. It’s about common sense.

I feel like every time it’s hot asf and cloudy it’s almost a guaranteed storm. You don’t even need to check weather network most times if you can tell

“Check the radar!” As someone whose terrified of storms and checks the weather every hour, things change very suddenly often. On June 13th, it was supposed to be sunny, then turned into a strong thunderstorm randomly (albeit short) and the other day I was at the beach, it got cold and cloudy out of nowhere.

Simcoe County was listed as expecting thunderstorms during these hours first thing in the morning. If you don’t check the weather stay on land.
