Your hair does NOT grow back thicker, it make look a bit thicker but that is because it’s been cut. Think of the bottom of your hair when you get a trim. It always feels thicker and fuller because it’s a blunt cut. There is nothing wrong with shaving your face. The only issue could be face irritation if you’re not careful/use the wrong products.
