I’m a realtor and half of my messages are ppl bashing the prices. The housing market is trash but that’s not the agent’s fault, people need to stop comparing 2000 prices with 2026. People want transparency and then shame you for it.

I'm on the opposite side of the comments. What triggers me is saving on curtains or kitchen chairs after working so hard to finally not stress about every penny. What's the point if you never enjoy your money? Please spend it, enjoy life, and show us what comes after survival/paying off debt mode.
