Everyone calls it partnership now forgetting that there is a hierarchy in partnership someone invest more and someone is the owner of the company than there is a ceo and others but when it comes to decision making it has to get through to all stakeholders but there is always someone whether you like it or not make some decisions that he/she don’t have to go through the other stakeholders. So even if I agree with your partnership someone needs to own it then partners can now come in. Marriage is supposed to be simple but someone want to be in power by taking over the company or not agreeing with the intended owner of the company, that’s why we are having all this debate. But if we all accept the hierarchy we will enjoy marriage
