Quit Walgreens after a month. Went to cvs and became registered in my state after being there for a few months and then took and PASSED my PTCB a couple months ago and just landed my sterile compounding hospital job in less than a year of me leaving that place 😭

I truly think it’s just based on everyone’s experience especially the coworkers you work with if you have a great coworkers it makes work way more enjoyable and a great experience. Definitely depends on the environment. I absolutely love it.

i love my closed door pharm tech job it’s soooo peaceful i could go a whole day without talking to anyone, i get to wear airpods, take my breaks whenever i want, and pay is better than retail
