At my previous job I would muted myself and just wait for them to stop talking until they say “hello?are you still there?” I’d just be like “yup still here” and they just get so awkward and quiet before I start with my “as I stated before….”

At a prior job the manager would bring me into a private room they did trainings in and play the QA call with me there and we would just sit in silence as a mess of a call would play on the speakers 😂 man I hated that place
