Andrea Kinzig is an FBI agent who investigated the shooting death of Ashley Flynn in her Tipp City, Ohio, home on Feb. 16, 2026. Kinzig testified in the murder trial of Flynn's husband, Caleb Flynn, today (Friday, September 25) in Miami County Court of Common Pleas, including about following up on a tip that a hitman had been paid to kill Ashley Flynn. A tipster who identified himself as Zachary Macintosh called the Tipp City Police Department and said a man who remodeled apartments with Flynn at the Wright-Patterson Airfoce Base said "that somebody by the name of Christopher Hill had been hired to kill Caleb Flynn's wife," Kinzig testified. Kinzig and another agent tried to talk to Macintosh but "he was unresponsive," so they went to the contractor, Benjamin Crumroin (sp?) who worked with Flynn "who was supposedly the source of this information." Crumroin "reported that he and Zachary McIntosh had talked about the homicide of Ashley Flynn, just about what they had heard about it, theories that they may or may not have had." "Mr. Crumroin originally did not remember talking about anybody being hired to kill Ashley Flynn, but he then advised that he may have offered up just as a general theory, that somebody on his crew, by the name of Chris, who had some mental health issues, may have could have been hired to kill Ashley Flynn, but Mr. Crumroin made it very clear that he did not believe that to be true." "He had no reason to believe that Chris Hill had any personal relationship or knowledge of Caleb or Ashley Flynn or their family or their residents." Prosecutors allege Flynn, who was seeing another woman he met at church, killed his wife then lied to police about an intruder. Investigators never found the gun used to kill her.
