MTN Uganda has experienced a significant service disruption that affected millions of users across the country. major power outage struck one of the company’s key data centres, triggering widespread technical glitches. In their public statement, MTN expressed sincere apologies for the inconvenience and thanked users for their patience. This transparency helped calm some nerves, though frustration mounted as hours passed without complete recovery.
