@m_inthemountains: 📌 Colchuck Lake via Stuart Lake Trail This was such a surreal experience finally getting to do this hike! It’s been on my bucket list for over 5 years and it was worth every step. We went on a Wednesday morning and had the trail mostly to ourselves until we got closer to the lake. Parking at the trail head is limited though, so be sure to get there early enough to get a spot! 🚗 The road to the trailhead is in rough shape, but most cars could handle it as long as you go slow and are careful of the potholes. There’s also a shuttle available from Leavenworth to the trailhead for $60/person if you don’t trust your car to handle it or don’t want to deal with parking. 🌲 #colchucklake #washington #scenicview #hikingviews
