Girl- I love you🫂 I’ve been STRUGGLING, everything you said is spot on. One thing I’m having a hard time with is my career/education. I can seem to stick it through with anything, I bounce from one things to another so quick. I overthink so hard to the point of physical stress and anxiety. Then that pours into other factors in my life. I know I will get through it and eventually evolve from it but I’m just having the hardest time with that.

mine is keep track of my progress, keeps me on track motivates me to keep momentum reminds me of how far ive come and how much me and God have overcome so i know I can keep going even if i need breaks its ok i take them and get back on track vs falling into prcrastination , frustration , and burnout AND perfectionism some days is literally JUST a get SOMETHING done or some shi not that serious along the way that i can say just get it done/knock it out and then i always feel rewarded and better after even if its just washing the dishes all the way to learning a new skill all the way to actually taking the time to sit still ! positive reinforcement🤏🏽 that whole when you look good you feel good but starting with my inner world , does THAT look smell and feel good etc
