One time I went to try a horse and they said that it was slightly spooky but easy to pull out of it and beginners have rode it and as soon as I went on it started bronking me and threw me into a fence we asked and she said that it was suitable for a novice rider

there are difference between beginner safe and dead broke. This one seems like a well responsive, safe horse for beginner who wants to improve. And there are "dead broke/bomb broof" horses. The ones who respond to allmost nothing.

If you don’t feel comfortable on the horse then they’re not the horse for you. Good for you for knowing that this horse wouldn’t be a good fit. That being said, nothing in this video indicated that the horse was disobedient, unsafe, or poorly trained.
