As a former lifeguard, this is so important to know. Orange to the thigh, blue to the sky, they still have to go to the hospital after it’s administered, an EpiPen only releases about 300 mg of epinephrine, so they will need a second, larger dose from a doctor!!!

The ones I have in Canada have an orange and blue end. We’re taught Blue to the sky and orange to the thigh to remember and make it easy to use.

We all know “blue to the sky, orange to the thigh,” but I’ve seen all white epi pens before. Familiarize yourself with the lesser known ones too even tho they have instructions

I live in Canada and our EpiPens look very different so i definitely watched incase im ever in a situation where I need to use one like this! This is so helpful for someone who has never seen one like this!
