I was a manager at a Tim Hortons. They had a contract with the Philippines. To employ Filipinos, giving them a Full dollar more an hour in wages, housed them, making several share a rental property that was paid by Tim Hortons. They hoses 2 to a room and maxed out each bedroom. Giving filipino employees first opportunity for employment. They have been doing this since I was employed there 2007-2009. &
