@fitfuelbyjuliana: You should NEVER have coffee for breakfast, unless you’re making these oatssss🤭 (Serves 2) 2 spotty bananas 80g oats* 60g of vegan vanilla protein powder* 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 shots of espresso ( or ~100ml of strong coffee) 1 tsp of vanilla extract 320ml of milk or water (I just used water) For the top: 150g of plain or vanilla Greek yoghurt (I used @FAGE UK ) Splash of vanilla extract 15g maple syrup (or more if you like it sweeter) Cocoa powder to dust* Ingredients with a * are from @Prozis_official FITFOODIEJULES will give you a big discount + gifts!) Preheat oven to 180°. Mash the banana then add in all other ingredients Pour into a well greased baking dish, then bake for 25-35 minutes until slightly golden on top (the size of your dish will also affect timing so keep an eye on it!).
