I’d consider living in Forest Hills. I bet my dog would like being in a quiet suburban neighborhood again. Is it true you can hop on a Metro North right to Penn Station?

love Forest Hills even went to School there and worked there ..that apt is beautiful the step down .. gorgeous

It’s the Leslie. They always show the most high gloss polyurethane floors, but you’re gonna have to cover them with 80% carpet or other noise reducing material anyway.
