Watching those viral, extra-stuffed London food tour recaps and gorgeous pastry spots on the FYP is the absolute ultimate comfort content, but it used to make me so envious watching people dive into heavy, diverse menus without immediate discomfort 😭 I used to struggle with heavy post-meal bloating and intense sluggishness every single time until I learned the proper rules. I don’t rate the food at permit room as much as reg dishoom. 74 Duke cookies are v good! choc strawbs are tourist trap and the choc is not great quality
