No. It means that some junior staffers at a company won’t get the promotion they deserve because the owners son will get offered a plumb job with no experience that others should have gotten. Or people like Paris Hilton never have to educate themselves or seek out training to do anything - they’ll be given the money and connections who’ll give them jobs or businesses overnight
