Hoy: Esquina, Café, Vino.. en Chacarita ❤️ ✨ Es chiquito, sólo para 28 personas, en una esquina realmente muy hermosa de Chacarita, barrio al cual le tengo un cariño gigante xq es tan barrio y tan familiar q me enamoré de una. ✨ La carta la pensamos en equipo, pero con una identidad marcada: - no queremos ofrecer platitos, sino señores platos de comida. Y ricos. Un menú q cuando leas la carta, se entienda de una! Que el único rebusque y vuelta de rosca sea la calidad. Comida simple y buena, con largas cocciones, sin atajos ☺️ ✨ Top 3 de entradas: - Papa rosti, huevo, morcilla ($5000) - Portobelos rellenos ($5000) - Zanahorias caramelizadas con queso crema 💣($5400) Top 3 de platos: - Sin dudas, las milanesas: son de bife de chorizo, gruesas, con panko.. la común $10900 y la napo sale con ingredientes de primera MAL $13500 - Raviolones con #Bolognesa corta a cuchillo son un manjar ($10500) - Bife de Chorizo de 300gr ($15500) es realmente de primerísima calidad y te lo sugiero jugoso para sentirle la terneza, textura, sabor.. Ahhhh y de #Postre el #Flan DE #DulcedeLeche me encanta.. sino, tenemos un gran Mousse de choco amargo con aceite de oliva y sal… o la mejor #Cheesecake del condado ☺️ ✨ ✨ ReflexiondeLonza: quiero q entiendan q no es un bodegón ni un lugar de autor o platitos, es un intermedio donde busco una atención personalizada, con sommelier q te asesora, con comida para no irte con hambre.. pero tampoco una cosa exagerada para llamar la atención y nada mas.. ingredientes de alta calidad y detalles cuidados.. espero les guste!! Creamy Tomato Pasta with Wagyu Steak 🍝 🥩 Ingredients: •Olive oil and butter • 1 Ib pasta of choice • 2 shallots, finely chopped • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 1 cup heavy cream • ½-1 cup pasta water • 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, plus more for serving • Fresh basil for garnish • 1 wagyu steak • 1 tbsp olive oil • Salt & pepper to taste • 1 tsp chili flakes • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Method: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water before draining. In a large pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, shallots, and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant. Stir in the tomato paste and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until rich and deep in color. Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Add about ½ cup pasta water and stir. Add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and mix until the sauce becomes creamy and silky. Add the cooked pasta directly into the sauce and toss until fully coated. Add more pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce. Season the wagyu steak with salt, pepper, and a touch of olive oil.
