The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) is overseeing the massive $1.2 billion Van Wyck Expressway Capacity Improvements project, which includes the paving and widening of the highway to JFK Airport. Question now is when do the tolls go in. No way NY is going to have a nice road without charging you. 🤣 MIMS
