Nooo my love. Ik our husbands are tired but please don’t lose yourself. Join a bookclub once a month, he can handle the littles for two hours. Go see a movie. Walk around your neighborhood and listen to a podcast. Try a yoga class. Mom group at the library! You can’t pour from an empty cup! You got this. ❤️🩹

Yes I’ve felt so horrible saying I need a break but I learned that babies pick up on energy fast and I don’t want to spend my days masking in front of him or anyone so I had to courage to go out and ask for help. Moved closer to where my support system is and they have my back 100%. Your body, mind and baby will thank you ❤️

I work with other kids all day to come home and feel like other people are raising my child just to put food on the table- being a mom is so hard no matter where you are 💚

you have to make those things happen. they wont just fall into your lap. ive been married and stay home with 3 homeschooled chidren for 23 years. you have to put yourself outside of the four walls, or, pick up the phone and make the calls
