Recipe⤵️ Would you eat this? Single-Serve Australian Meat Pies Ingredients: ½ tbsp olive oil ½ yellow onion, diced 4 baby carrots, chopped ¼ lb ground pork ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp paprika ¼ tsp salt, or to taste ¼ tsp black pepper, or to taste 1 tbsp flour (I used gluten-free) ¼ cup tomato sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce ½ cup chicken stock 1 sheet frozen puff pastry dough, defrosted (I used gluten-free) + egg wash Directions: In a pan on medium-low heat, then add in the onion and carrots Cook for 3-5 minutes, until they start to soften, then add in the ground pork, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and flour Break up the pork with a spatula and cook until browned, then add in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken stock and cook until thickened, then remove from the heat Preheat the oven to 350 F Roll the pastry dough flat, then divide between two 4-inch baking tins, reserving extra dough Divide the cooked meat between the two pastry shells, then cover with the remaining dough Brush with egg wash, cut slits in the tops, then bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown Enjoy!! #meatpies #meatpierecipes #trendingfoods #viralrecipes
