Ultron wins, a huge portion of the narrative of What If? is that Infinity Ultron is the biggest threat the multiverse has ever faced, Captain Carter literally states this in Season 3. The Watcher had to break his oath and assemble a team of multiversal heroes that would work perfectly in order to stop him. Zombie Wanda got caught by Supreme Strange who is weaker than Ultron. And going by Marvel Zombies, she couldn't even beat Infinity Hulk without tiring him out first, that's why she needed the zombie army, or else she would've been killed. She has no direct answer to Ultron using the stones, she has the capacity to try and absorb them, but Ultron is not going to let that happen. And even then, Infinity Ultron quite literally states each universe differs from one another, so do the stones. Gamora's infinity stone destroyer didnt work on Ultron, why? Because the stones are different. This means we don't even know if Wanda is capable of destroying HIS particular infinity stones. Zombie Wanda is never regarded as a "multiversal threat" by Watcher whatsoever, Ultron was. Only Supreme Strange regarded her on a universal threat, who again, is weaker than Infinity Ultron. And "no diff" is atrocious, makes no sense whatsoever why Wanda would be stronger or even be a whole different pedestal above Infinity Ultron. Who again, is stated to be the biggest threat against the multiverse.

For those who are saying Ultron still wins, y'all need to remember that the Infinity Stones themselves act as a case that stores that energy from the inside of the stones. Wanda absorbed the pure, channeled infinity energy which is more powerful and potent than the stones themselves. She became completely invulnerable to any attack while absorbing them, therefore once fully absorbed, the stones in addition to her chaos magic literally allowed her to rewrite the entire universe. She changed reality on a planetary level and possibly on a universal level too
