There will be a new question on any visa form going forward asking if you are pregnant.. even for visitor / vacation visa. Since some visa are only checked at entry, it won’t be long before someone coming to visit or vacation will be turned away if visible pregnant.

reminder: dissents have no legal weight. the majority opinion is that its a constitutional issue and only an amendment can change it despite Kavanaugh wedge, congress can't do shit with any bills or laws. Congress would need to start a constitutional amendment process by calling for a constitutional convention, author a amendment, debate, pass with 2/3rds in both house and senate, then have 38 states ratify it Congress cant even pass the 29th to get ratified.

The most important result coming out of the case, besides the ruling itself, is the conversation that we’re now having. The birthright citizenship that I grew up, that justice jackson outlines in her concurrence, is under attack. It feels like we have to play defense now, and the onus is on us to reassert its importance.
