I remember being secure and then the degradation of the secureness throughout my relationship with my avoidant, and I have taken responsibility and also forgiven myself for not only abandoning myself, but losing myself respect. I have worked so hard after 8 long months of to finally love myself and understand that I can find someone that will love me the same way and that I deserve more. You’re an inspiration, brother. Yeah…. I walk in truth and eq. I took those tools and I faced myself and past, my shame and guilt. I lost the need for beliefs and lies, approval and gained self trust and self love. And I attracted the same. See life isn’t about words. It’s about action. And how consistent can you be living in belief, deception, chaos, all while never facing or mastering your emotions coach? 😉
