No one talks about how the avoidant is so scared but not too scared to seek validation from others while the anxious are left waiting. They had capacity to date others but not for you. It’s the most heartbreaking dynamic I’ve ever experienced in my life. Everyone has some sort of trauma but to be selfish and label it avoidance is ridiculous. I’m over it.

To all avoidants accept the love stay in the discomfort even if it makes you want to run away and cry. Don’t push the ones you love away youre not unworthy of love everyone don’t let comments ruin yourself learn from the loss look within and heal. I’ve lost loml tho we both played a part in things goin wrong but do therapy or talk to someone don’t isolate yourself show your spouse youre able to heal. Without having to run to some I know you don’t mean to ruin someone’s mental state just both have to heal from it and move on in my delusion even when I’ve healed id hope one day wether it’s a few days,weeks, or years I want to be with my ex again 😅but that’s just a delusion. You guys got this just accept love to the fullest

what I did to fix this was when I felt this from her, I pulled her aside and told her I'm not leaving. she can push as hard as she wants but she's stuck with me. and I think that helped her come to see that no matter how hard it may feel she won't be alone
