I honestly feel like I’m faking even if I have been stressed out. I think I regressed again just last night but it felt so fake like I was forcing myself to do so. I see others and they act differently than me. I don’t wanna put this on my friends since I don’t wanna impact anymore on their mental health too but it would be nice to have somebody care for me again… I want my mommy to read me stories to bed so I wouldn’t have to deal with all of this anymore.

idk if im regressing or not, I have these like episodes where I act like a kid and I cannot sleep without a stuffed animal and I just cant talk for some reason, I only make humming sounds and I dont know if thats what age regression is or if its just my autism doing whatever does anyone know? I've suspected age regression for a whike but even if it is this i have no idea how to tell my girlfriend cause she already deals with a lot of stuff and I dont want to burden her

I experience the last one so much, when I get overstimulated due to autism and too much stress I really need to regress and involuntarily do inside my head but I have to keep up and I get so tired and drained 😓
