What are girls using besides dove? I’m allergic to dove 😭 I use caress but I’m prone to getting yeast infections. I’m assuming that I’m throwing my ph level off.

You supposed to clean the lips & outside the hole & such with unscented soap. Inside the hole is what’s self cleaning. You definitely not supposed to just use water on the whole thing

I clean the outside wit none scented vagina soap bc my skin is very sensitive especially down there so I can’t use any body wash down there has to be none scented vaginal soap then clean the inside wit water I don’t believe in js washing wit water yu have to have sum sort of soap on the outside bc of bacteria, sweat, periods, discharge, moisture ect it has to be cleaned wit sum sort of soap

I use water only down there. Where the pubes are I put soap but the lip part i wash that with just water and then every once in a while my doctor will clean my vagina. One time i got soap up my vagina by mistake while taking a bath and it burned.

I love EOS. And the white Dove soap. It helps me stay fresh for hours. And also you have to make sure you are either shaving or waxing down there so it can remain nice and fresh.

I use Olay the purple one to clean the outside and it leaves it so soft the inside warm water. Sometimes you can lay in warm water with vinegar in the tub. Also, I would recommend to look for a PH balance supplement. It helps a lot with moisture older and being able to clean itself as well.

I use soft soap exfoliating coconut butter scrub but yes just clean the outside not inside. if you do want to use bar soap use unscented. I tried antibacterial and it threw off my PH
