Your hood was bouncing at the beginning of the video which means you didn't close your engine hood properly to latch and lock it in place.

Aerocatch latches or hood pins are pretty much mandatory on carbon fiber or fiberglass hoods for this exact reason. I will say you lucked out, that it only damaged the glass
