It’s an old wives tale so not necessarily. In my experience, I had terrible heartburn with my first and she did indeed have a ton of hair lol. Currently 6 months pregnant and heartburn is awful too.

I say myth because I had absolutely no heartburn/acid reflux with my pregnancy and my daughter came out with alot of hair and I have acid reflux bad before my pregnancy (2024)

my first- super bad heart burn= LOTS of hair. my second- no heartburn= came out looking like mr. clean. pregnant with my third and im having the WORST heartburn of my life all the time

Idk I had really bad heart burn with my daughter and she had a head full of hair and now I’m pregnant with my son and have even worse acid reflux and you can see on ultrasound he has a lot of hair
