maybe give omeprazole a try! pregnancy is known to cause an increase of acid in your tummy. if you take omeprazole in the morning it could help! 💛

I had a bit of a difficult/risky pregnancy and dealt with nausea really badly, I understand completely not even being able to breathe without throwing up, I went to the hospital because I couldn’t stop and i was just always so embarrassed... you sharing this footage with us is such a blessing, I wish you and your family great health and happiness on this new wonderful life journey 🫶🏻❤️

Idk if it’ll work for you but I have been pregnant 4 times. This worked for me, I used to have saltine crackers ready to go by my bed. I would eat that very slowly, DONT stand up at all tho, lay there and sip ice water for like an hour first thing in the morning.

girl with my first i was sick ALL DAY, EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR 4 FREAKING MONTHS! i would be so hungry but the literal second food touched my stomach it came right back up. THEN at the end of that same pregnancy i was so big (i was only 150lbs but i'm only 5'2 and she was almost 8lbs) that i started getting sick AGAIN bc she was squishing my stomach. had to sleep sitting up bc i would throw up & couldn't breath. my second tho i only got sick maybe 3 times total and that whole pregnancy (&her birth) was a breeze. both girls so idk what the difference was

It’s so true, you can literally be sitting there and then BOOM violent vomit. Now I’m in my third trimester and pee when I puke because he’s on my bladder.
