Since so many people describe the gloss as one of the most flattering and universally loved makeup products, how much time went into developing the formula and testing different versions before choosing the final one that was released? I also wonder how important inclusivity was while choosing the shades, because a lot of people say the gloss works beautifully on many different skin tones, which isn’t always easy for makeup brands to achieve, so was creating shades that looked good on everyone one of your biggest priorities from the beginning? Another thing I’ve been wondering is whether you expected the gloss to become such a massive beauty trend online, especially on social media platforms where people constantly recommend it and compare other glosses to it, or if the popularity surprised you after launch. When people describe the gloss as making their lips appear fuller, smoother, and shinier in a really natural way, was that effect something you intentionally wanted while designing the product, or did it happen accidentally because of the formula and finish?
