@peaceontour: The footage actually comes from a group of Indonesian YouTube content creators based in Malang, East Java, called Batre TV. ​During one of their live streams, one of the influencers took on a bizarre penalty challenge from a viewer to get wrapped head-to-toe in tight duct tape. A random social media page later ripped the clip without their permission, cooked up the "vigilante homeowner catching four burglars" narrative, and the internet ran wild with it. ​So rest assured, no actual thieves were transformed into Teletubbies by an angry neighborhood watch—just another day of internet streamers doing weird things for views!
