I work a 9 to 5 and have kids that depend on my income. How do get enough clients to make that move without the perceived risk of just having one client and you just don’t know a lot of potential clients yet?

How long do your projects usually take? I know every client is different, but could you share a couple of examples? Also, do you reuse the same systems/templates for most clients and customize them, or do you build everything from scratch each time?

I started my own consultancy / integrator operations specialist. It’s been quiet for the first 6 months. I have been consistent in showing up in my business development etc. I now know why so many founders give up. Support helps tremendously.
