My confidence was better but I got bolted with and sprained my ankle I was riding 2 weeks after but I couldn’t post trot without crying

My trainer dumped the barn onto us we took care of it basically ran it. And we had enough because she never asked and we left. I have dont a simple walk trot because im scared to ride my horse. He is green and with the weather we have weeks off since we only have a paddock.
