I get that THEY spent a lot of money on it, but it’s not west loop, finishes need updating, those balconies overlook a bunch of noisy AC units…. And that HOA is awful for that building. $1M is a stretch

Can it be called a two bedroom? I thought in order to be called a bedroom. It had to have four walls, a closet, and a window. I lived in a one bedroom with a den as they called it because the walls didn’t go to the ceiling, there were only three walls, not four and no window.
