That’s a coir pole it won’t help it grow faster only support it slightly. Also never tie tithe petioles to the pole only the stems

Girl, that's coco choir not moss. Moss poles require constant moisture, these will rot with constant moisture. Also, solid ones that are stackable are much better. bendable. ones give to weight of monstera. please put poles in with repotting not being shoved into it, you can damage roots.

It’s not a great idea to shove any poles in the dirt like that, I can mess with the roots. You should put it in first then the plant and the rest of the soil.

Miss poles wouldn’t make it grow faster, just sturdier. Light makes it grow faster

1- not a moss poll but a coco coir 2- never tie petioles as it can stun or slow growth. good luck!

Also tie around the stem not the petiole… 🤗 you restrict the leaves movement when you do that.
