as a former genshin player, this is not the same as cancelling one character in genshin, it’s like they’d scrap the entire nation of snezhnaya 9 days before the patch. a nation that y’all knew from the beginning was going to come, along with all the characters that were planned for it and the whole storyline. so yeah it’s bad.
