I couldn’t hear the tea kettle, it matched mine perfectly, I’m guessing.i was diagnosed after an ear infection and hearing loss. Was told it was a viral attack infection

constant ringing that sometimes get an additional louder tone that i can make stop by knocking on my skull basically where my cochlea is.. tinnitus gets louder when I shake my head. whyyy?
