The only thing I changed from the original recipe was baking mine at 400°F instead. ✨ Recipe: Brine • 4 cups lukewarm water • ¼ cup kosher salt • Brine chicken breasts for 30 minutes in fridge Prep • Pat chicken completely dry. • Pound to an even thickness if needed. • Brush with 1tbsp olive oil or butter Seasoning • Smoked paprika • Garlic powder • Salt • Black pepper Bake • Bake at 400°F until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (mine took about 25 mins but it’ll vary depending on thickness). Don’t skip this: Let the chicken rest for 10-20 minutes before slicing. I seriously think the brining is what made all the difference.
