@burnt_pellet_bbq: Smoked BBQ Party Ribs This is the perfect thing to get on your menu at the next BBQ! Recipe • Remove membrane then cut the ribs individually in between each bone. • Use yellow mustard as a binder then season the ribs on all sides with @Dales Seasoning Smokehouse BBQ rub. • Smoke the ribs at 275°F for 3 hours and spritz every hour with Dr. Pepper. • This will help build a nice bark and give the ribs extra flavor. • Once ribs have bark built up, place them in a foil pan then drizzle BBQ sauce over the top of them. Evenly spread the bbq sauce on the ribs with a brush then place foil over top. This will help steam the ribs and make them more tender. • Place the pan back on the smoker for another hour, then uncover it for the last 15 minutes. This will help the sauce to tack up and become sticky. If you prefer more saucy ribs, you can skip this step. • Remove the ribs once they reach an internal temperature of 200°F. Serve them warm and enjoy! #bbq #delicious
party ribs are ready for the wrap after like 1.5 hours, these things are way overcooked.

I don't make normal ribs anymore. More seasoning, more bark, more flavor. An added bonus is less waste. People will take 2 or 3 instead of grabbing half a rack.

I like mine tender not falling off the bone. I also think cooking the full rack keeps them juicier..

The meat has enough moisture to not require a binder. If you use an amazing rub, even better.

I just cook them for about an hour and 45 min straight through. Flipping halfway through. Throw them in a pan with my fav bbq sauce and then throw them back on uncovered for 20 min just to get the sauce glazed on the ribs and you’re done. Perfect tenderness and super easy
