I wake up at 3:30 am, preworkout, gym lifting weights, shower, 50 gr protein breakfast, start to work at 6am i do FIFO so im working 12 hours per day, 18k steps per day, 3L of water, whole foods only, lunch rice and chicken, dinner steak potatoes and veggies (currently on a small deficit eating 1800 calorie per day trying to fuel my body grow muscle and loose fat) back to my room i do my night routine (shower, skincare, dental care, body care) i go to bed at 7:30 pm drinking my chamomille. 8h of sleep. EVERY SINGLE DAY
