Let’s be real here. Property prices are way too high and enormous mortgage repayments are a major contributor to the decline in living standards. The level of housing prices are simply not sustainable. A correction is needed, plain and simple.

Housing market is way overpriced compared to wages earned.. they have push the market that hard now it has to.have a correction somewhere along the way or wages doubble instantly which is not going to happen. you can thank Labor and realeatate agents for pushing the market that hard for their own personal profit.
