That's definitely a car only an enthusiast would buy, having a dream and ignoring the unholy nightmare the restoration's going to be. Comes under "If I wanted reliable, I'd have bought a Corolla or Camry." I get it, but even then when I bought my own personal nightmare restoration, I made sure she was at least functional and didn't sound like an angle grinder was running in my car. That owner has a long, long road ahead of them.

tps has to give 0.32v at idle doesnt need to have both bolts but yes It has to be in its right position
