Absolutely 💯% correct and very well said. If we are scared to be blunt or honest with others, because we don't wanna hurt someone's feelings and instead be dishonest and lie to them that we like this, that or something else that they like or enjoy, yet we don't like it at all. So yeah, then we dance around the truth and always feel guilty. It is best to be honest right from the start. If someone offers us something we don't like to eat or don't enjoy doing, then be honest and say "no thank you" l know l need to practice that myself
