Nope..I bled soooo heavy they wouldn't hold...I have heavy cycles and use the heaviest flow ones and they did not do the job...1000% take back up options if you take these

its mainly used for you not to have accidents. i wouldn't wear them as pads. usually get them for my pre-teen so that she wont have accidents at school and of course she takes extras just in case but she also knows that she needs to wash them with cold water at school and put it in ziplock bag to wash at home.

So I just basically use depends. Because I had these and there’s something in the lining that caused a burning sensation after 30 minutes I’d have to take them off.
